At Ebenezer’s we offer classes to all ages and fitness levels. Silver Sneakers/Senior Fitness can be found at either Perfect Fit Community Center or St Albans Community Center. Fitness classes such as HIIT, Fitness Yoga, Cardio etc are found at the farm or at the Perfect Fit Community Center. Please see our schedule of events, or fb for details.
